Some images are not uniform?
Some ktyART images have been created with variations. This is done on purpose.
This is to give the artist the maximum benefit from purchasing kty products. There
is variation to help with design and composition, there is variation to help with
colour matching and patterning.
What are 'Print Quality' images?
Many images purchased here at ktyART.com.au are 'Print Quality' meaning their
size and resolution have already been customised for printing on various media (posters,
clothes etc). The objective is you provide you with images which can be used to
compliment\enhance your own creations and products.
Why did I only get a few images?
If you’ve purchased some of the kty backgrounds and image sets and wondering why
you paid
for only a few images and not countless that you see at other stores, you
are paying for SIZE and QUALITY. Any PNG image at this size can realistically produce
3 or 4 unique backgrounds either printed or online. For online poster work it’s
like getting 6 images for the price of 3. For print artists, it’s a breath of fresh
air! Room to move around the scene without worrying
about scale and size.
What support do you give for your products?
If you are having trouble downloading the products then please contact ktyART here
to
have your problem resolved, it will be done ASAP. If you’d like something slightly
different you can contact ktyART for commission work. If you are totally dissatisfied
then your money will be refunded when you return the files and send a signed declaration
telling ktyART that you have destroyed the downloaded files from your computer/s,
they have not been copied or distributed and they are no longer available. No money
will be refunded on products purchases unless accompanied by a signed declaration.
I think someone has violated your copyright kty?

Are my details secure when using ktyART?
ktyART's checkout is absolutely 100% SSL secure (128 bit encryption) to ensure
your personal\billing details are as secure as possible. The checkout is the only place
ktyART will collect information about you soley for billing purposes. ktyART respects
your privacy online.
How can I be sure that ktyART is who they claim to be?
ktyART.com.au has been verified by the 3rd party Certificate Authority Equifax
and has been granted a True Business ID(tm). This means ktyART was required to submit
personal information to the Authority which was then independantly verified through
their own rigorous process.
